There is far, far more to who we are, and what weâre all about on the âoriginalâ site [cinnamons808.com] if you are interested, but in a nutshell: Cinnamonâs is a Mom & Pop restaurant from Kailua, Oâahu with an amazing Chef & fantastic crew thatâs been giving our all for 30 years. We started out as âKailuaâs Best Kept Secretâ serving humble/award-winning food [Eggs Benedicts, Portuguese Bean Soup, Pancakes, etc.] in generous portions with genuine smiles & Aloha. Word got outâ& kept building (as we kept building!)âand here we are.
In 2013 we opened our first location in Japan [Omotesandou, Tokyo] with Japanese partners, and in 2014, a second in Yokohamaâ[both are doing wonderful]. Now back at home, weâre finally across the Pali on Oâahu, at a location we really couldnât be happier about. Weâre still [Local] family owned & operated, weâre still working to get better, and weâre super excited to see what becomes of it all, as we love what we do, do it pretty well, and are thrilled about a long-happy relationship with Waikiki & the âIlikai; for we feel we bring something special that Waikiki has been missing for a long time, and we feel the âIlikai is a perfect fit to do so.
